Apprenticeship award success

Brunelcare our proud to share more news of apprenticeship award success! Our apprentice Odette Carroll recently won the ‘Intermediate Apprentice of the Year’ in the South West region’s National Apprenticeship Awards 2015.  The awards event was held at Taunton Cricket Ground on Tuesday 13th October 2015.

During her two year apprenticeship Odette gained varied housing and support experience and training by spending time working in different teams across Brunelcare. This included a few months in the Housing Customer Services team in our Head Office, shadowing Care Assistants and Housing Officers and then spending her last 6 months working as a Support Enabler on one of our sheltered housing schemes. Odette also completed the Level 2 Certificate in Housing Practice, via The Centre for Housing Support, during her apprenticeship.
